Petro Piamond’s Visit to Khouzestan Steel Company – Coordinated by TAFCO
On 15 November 2025, the CEO and Technical Director of Petro Piamond, accompanied and coordinated by TAFCO, visited the large industrial complex of Khouzestan Steel Company. Acting as the organizer and host, TAFCO arranged focused technical meetings with senior managers from the Inspection, Engineering, and Procurement departments, creating a productive platform for detailed technical discussions.
During the meeting, Petro Piamond presented its activities, capabilities, and areas of expertise, providing an in-depth, item-by-item introduction to its product and service portfolio. The discussion covered the technical characteristics and commercial advantages of the following key product lines:
- JDT lifting chains (Germany)
- Teufelberger wire ropes (Austria)
- Marangoni solid tires (Italy)
- Wimo lifting equipment (Germany)
And other specialized industrial products supplied to the steel, mining, and petrochemical sectors.
Following the technical session, a comprehensive on-site visit was conducted across various operational sections of Khouzestan Steel Company, including:
- Inspection of wire rope maintenance and repair workshops
- Review of crane systems and lifting equipment
- Evaluation of operational conditions and usage patterns of solid tires on forklifts and ladle carriers
- Direct technical discussions with maintenance and operations specialists
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the operational needs of Khouzestan Steel Company and to propose solutions aligned with global technical standards.
